Our Story
Leaving behind their jobs, in 2023 Dan and Lauren set out to start a new business. They created Philly Factory to bring the most delicious cheesesteaks to many areas throughout Central Illinois.
In the warmer months you can find them anywhere from Mendota & Amboy's Food Truck Mondays to Barrel Society in Princeton on Tuesdays, setting up shop at Cal's Auto Detailing in Ottawa on Thursdays and many other events and festivals!
During the winter months you can find them in the kitchen at Walt's Tap in LaSalle where they are serving up the same delicious cheesesteaks and sandwiches you can get from the truck... and MORE!
